I'm a Yorkie named Uno and I am writing to you today because I need your help. My buddy, 5-year old Dawson DeCap and thousands of kids like him, have been diagnosed with a childhood cancer called neuroblastoma.
Jon and Greg have founded a program called COINS 4 KIDS in association with the Children's Neuroblastoma Cancer Foundation (CNCF), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to funding pediatric cancer research. Now a whole bunch of people have joined them in a mad hunt for spare change!
If everyone donates their spare change and get 5 friends to do the same, then we can all turn "small change into BIG change" for the thousands of kids fighting cancer. As I'm scratching my ear and thinking about it, that means that each of us already know the 5 people who can help to find a cure for kid's cancer! And the money to do it is waiting under the cushions of your couch, or the bottom of a purse or in that pickle jar in the laundry room! WOW!
Would you like to be one of my friends who can help kids who are fighting cancer? With your help we can reach our goal of finding new treatments and cures for Neuroblastoma. Thanks for listening and please tell friends about COINS 4 KIDS so they can help too!
Sincerely,
Uno
